DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. GENERAL

1.1 Mayank Chawla Menswear, having its registered address at 4/20, East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi -110026, (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates and manages the website https://mayankchawla.co.in (collectively referred to as the “Mayank Chawla Platform”), facilitating the sale and purchase of apparel, footwear, accessories, and other products under the brand name “Mayank Chawla” (“Products”) for users accessing the platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

1.2 This Delivery and Shipping Policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms, outlines our processes and practices regarding the delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Mayank Chawla Platform.

1.3 We offer global shipping for our Products, striving to provide a seamless customer experience. To ensure your orders are handled efficiently and delivered promptly, we collaborate with reputable logistics service providers. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that Products purchased through the platform are delivered to you in a timely manner.

1.4 By using the Mayank Chawla Platform and/or purchasing Products, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy. We recommend reviewing the Policy each time you visit the platform to remain informed. If you disagree with any part of this Policy, we advise you not to use or transact on the platform.

2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

2.1 We partner with third-party logistics providers (“Logistics Partners”) to manage the shipping and delivery of Products purchased on the Mayank Chawla Platform.

All The domestic orders will be processed and delivered within 15-20 days and internationals order will be processed and delivered within 30-40 days.

Beginning from the date your order is completed. Custom orders may follow a different timeline, which will be communicated via email. Estimated delivery timelines will always be shared at the time of purchase. While we primarily rely on our Logistics Partners, we reserve the right to manage shipping and delivery directly.

2.2 While we aim to provide global delivery, certain locations may be deemed unserviceable at our discretion. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified when placing your order. 

2.3 To ensure timely delivery, we may request essential information, such as your name, shipping and billing addresses, contact details, and any landmarks. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Any errors or omissions may result in delivery delays or failures, and we shall not be held liable for such issues.

2.4 We will make three delivery attempts for your order. If all attempts are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

2.5 Delivery timelines may occasionally be impacted by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Logistical challenges
  • Weather disruptions
  • Political or labor-related issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Other unforeseen events

In such cases, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone. However, we disclaim any liability for delays arising from these circumstances.

2.6 While we strive for professionalism among our logistics team, we cannot guarantee the behavior of individual delivery personnel. Any disputes or issues with delivery personnel must be resolved directly between you and the individual or Logistics Partner. We are not liable for such disputes or any associated damages.

2.7 Once your order is handed over to a Logistics Partner, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment's status. While we work with our Logistics Partners to update tracking details promptly, delays or inaccuracies may occur due to technical or operational challenges.

2.8 Shipping charges may vary based on product value, type, delivery location, and payment method. Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect due to our error. Ownership and risk for the purchased Products transfer to you upon delivery.

2.9 Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Product.

Please note that the approval of return requests is at our sole discretion and is subject to verification. All returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with our return and exchange policy.

2.10 Refund and Return Policy

We won't be providing any refund as we are into customizing products.
