FEES AND PAYMENTS POLICY
Mayank Chawla Menswear, having its registered address at 4/20, East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi -110026 (“Mayank Chawla Menswear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is managing and operating the mobile application/website www.mayankchawla.co.in (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), through which it facilitates the sale and purchase of apparel, footwear, accessories, and other products under the brand name Mayank Chawla Menswear (“Products”) to the users of the Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).
WHAT IS THIS FEES AND PAYMENTS POLICY?
This Fees and Payments Policy (“FPP Policy”), together with the Terms of Use, describes Mayank Chawla Menswear’s accepted payment methods, policies, and procedures in relation to acceptance of fees and payments for services offered through the Platform. The primary objective is to ensure that the Platform is user-friendly and equipped with reasonable security infrastructure to protect any financial information shared by Users.
By using, browsing, or making a purchase from the Platform, you agree to the terms contained in this FPP Policy. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use the Platform.
FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

No Browsing Fee: There is no fee for browsing the Platform. Mayank Chawla Menswear may consider introducing fees for specific features in the future. Your continued usage of the Platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Payment Options: We offer various payment methods for your convenience, including but not limited to:
- Payment through net banking facilities
- Payment through select credit/debit cards
- Payment through prepaid payment instruments
- Any other payment options provided by Mayank Chawla Menswear from time to time.
These options may be changed or updated without prior notice at Mayank Chawla Menswear’s discretion.

Payment Acceptance: Payment acceptance is solely at the discretion of Mayank Chawla Menswear. We reserve the right to reject any payment for any reason. To validate your transaction, we may request a copy of your photo identity proof (such as your PAN card). Failure to provide this may result in payment rejection.

User Responsibility: By using the Payment Options, you agree to provide accurate financial information. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your financial information. Mayank Chawla Menswear disclaims any liability arising from unauthorized use of your financial details.

Liability for Payment Issues: Mayank Chawla Menswear will not be responsible for:
- Unauthorized transactions carried out using gift cards or vouchers issued as part of promotions.
- Exceeding credit/debit limits set by your bank.
- Technical glitches during transactions.
- Transaction declines beyond our control.

Transaction Limits: Mayank Chawla Menswear reserves the right to impose limits on the number of transactions a User may undertake. Suspicious transaction history may result in delays or refusal to process further transactions.

Pricing Errors: All Product prices listed on the Platform include applicable taxes. However, errors in pricing due to technical glitches may occur. In the event of a price discrepancy:
- If the product price is lower than the listed price, the User must notify us within 24 hours for a refund of the price difference.
- If the product price is higher, we may withhold dispatch until the price discrepancy is resolved.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Bank and Financial Institution Terms: In addition to this FPP Policy, the terms and conditions of your bank or financial institution may apply to your payments. Mayank Chawla Menswear is not responsible for declines or issues arising from your bank or financial institution.

Third-Party Payment Providers: Mayank Chawla Menswear may contract with third-party payment service providers to facilitate payments, and you agree that your payments will be processed through these providers.

Unauthorized Purchases: If you notice any unauthorized transactions, verify whether any family members or friends made the purchase. If you are still unsure, report it to us within 24 days of the unauthorized purchase.

Invalid Payments: If a payment is invalidated, we reserve the right to retrieve the amount from the User’s account within 24 hours of notification. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
